Australian Women’s Wind Band Composition Award

The Australian Women’s Wind Band Composition Award was established in 2018 and aims to support emerging, female-identifying Australian composers in their career aspiration and to increasingly encourage them to engage with the wind band medium.

In 2023, the award is generously supported by Brolga Music Publishing, the Queensland Wind Orchestra and Distinct Audio & Production.
